Positive Perspective Mentors & Educational Services (PPMES) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2006 and designated a public charity by the IRS. PPMES was organized in response to a growing need in Harris County and Montgomery County for outreach and education in the areas of health disparities, marriage enrichment, social relationships, scholarship, and financial management.
